 Blustery and frigid with some sun for most, but heavy lake snow continues well  north of Syracuse in southern Jefferson County and northern Lewis   County. Additional 6-12″ of snow is expected in the most persistent snows! A   new snow showers will be possible across the Finger Lakes and possibly the   Syracuse area off Lake Erie too with little to no accumulation. Highs only in   the mid teens. Wind: WSW 10-20+ mph. Dangerous Wind Chills: -15 to 0.
